Well, well, well look what we have here folks. A 1992 Lincoln Town Car (2nd Gen.). All I can say is WOW! This was a childhood car that was simply magnificent for me. It was my dad’s car and we had so much fun riding around in it, he had speakers they were loud and we jammed music all the time.

The Lincoln Town car is a “full size luxury car." Compared to the luxury cars today, this looks like a run down hooptie. The town car is a 4-door sedan and is a great family car. It has a spacious build to it that allows for comfort. It has a standard stereo system, most seats were covered in suede. The production of this model lasted about eight years. If you were to buy this car today you would be spending about $1,300.

Insurance would run about $40 a month due to the older model. This model became one of the bestselling, full-size luxury sedans of its time. It has a 4.6 Liter engine, which was fuel efficient at the time. While still giving you about 17-23 miles per gallon (mpg), being almost equivalent to the Dodge Dart. This would be a great starter car because it’s great on gas and a pretty cool car to have.

Dodge Dart Aero

The revolutionized Dodge Dart came out in 2012. The Dodge Dart is considered a compact sedan- more so a small family car. The prices for this car average about $20,000 with the insurance running about $600 every six months for a person in their 20s. The Dart has four different models that comes with its own unique features. The one shown in the picture above is the Dart Aero. This is one of the five models that has been made by Chrysler.
One thing they added was aerodynamic enhancements to improve the car. This made the car lighter than the standard model also allowing the car to become more fuel efficient. I have riden in one before and it has a smooth drive to it, feels as if you’re floating. The Dart gets about 25 mpg in city limits and 36 mpg on the highway. Compared with the Land Rover Discovery, you gain 21-24 mpg, which make this car easier on the wallet.

Land Rover

Here we have a 1999 Land Rover Discovery II Series. Yep that's my car. I have had this car for about two years now.

I feel like it’s a perfect fit for me. It has its ups and downs just like many things in life but that's my road dog. The classification for my car is "SUV" type. It was manufactured in the United Kingdom and became available in 1998 while making its way to the US a year later. The Land Rover is a highly dependable car. I use it mostly for road purposes and hauling all my stuff from Oklahoma City to Kansas.

When driving back home it usually takes $45.00 to fill up. About two hours in i fill up once more to be sure to make it home. It's a all around smooth four hour drive. It has the off-road capabilities, but I haven't been brave enough to try it. The Land Rover is a 5 door wagon with 4 wheel drive. Inside the car it has automatic windows and door locks.
